How to use
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Processing: Orders ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Large equipment may take longer.
- Delivery: Standard delivery within the U.S. is typically 2-7 business days after shipping. Large items such as saunas, ice baths, and massage chairs ship by freight and may take longer. Delivery is curbside or to your doorstep, and assembly isn't included unless noted on the product page.
- Multiple packages: Your order may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number and no extra shipping charge.
- Tracking: You'll receive tracking by email as soon as each package ships.
- PO Boxes: Some items can ship to PO Boxes, but larger items and freight shipments cannot.
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout.
Returns
- 30-day returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and manuals.
- Skincare and personal care: Only unopened, sealed products can be returned.
- Damaged or incorrect items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
- FSA/HSA: Eligibility is determined by your plan administrator. A denied FSA/HSA claim does not qualify an order for a return or refund.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
